The Bridgestone Potenza RE730 was developed to provide Ultra High Performance without the penalty of an ultra high price. This makes the Potenza RE730 Bridgestone’s best value in ultra high performance tires. With emphasis on enhancing wet traction during its development, the Potenza RE730 offers a strong blend of wet and dry performance along with ride comfort and low noise levels.
The Potenza RE730 uses a race-bred tread compound to enhance dry traction while its directional independent tread block pattern incorporates Bridgestone’s "Variable Radius Groove" technology to enhance wet traction. Together, the tread compound and tread design help sweep water away from between the tire’s contact patch and the road to improve wet grip (earning the highest "AA" UTQG Traction Rating) and reducing the possibility of hydroplaning. Internally, the Potenza RE730’s polyester cord body and twin steel belts deliver responsive handling and cornering stability. The steel belts are reinforced with spirally wound nylon to provide high speed durability while minimizing weight and maximizing ride qualities.
Potenza RE730 tires feature subtle black letter styling and are available in 60-, 55-, 50, 45-, 40 and 35-series Z-speed rated sizes for 15" to 18" wheel diameters. UTQG 300 AA A
